New Sunday Service Pattern at St Luke's

Starting on Sunday 1st September we are moving to a new Sunday service pattern at St Luke's Church in Thurnby. We will continue to have services at 8:45am and 10:45am but we are going to be pausing our 6:30pm evening service. You can watch Tom explain more.

It’s never an easy decision to pause something in the life of a church but with Rob moving on and with all that we want to be saying ‘yes’ to as a church it felt the right choice to rest the evening service.

There is still lots coming up this term in the life of St Luke's Church. You can download a copy of our Autumn 2024 Term Card.

Key Dates Coming Up

On Sunday 22nd September at 3:30pm there will be a newcomers cuppa at 16 Wadkins Way.

If you’ve arrived at St Luke’s in the last 12 months (or still feel new) we’d love to welcome you to share a bit more about the life of the church and how we can help you be as plugged into things as possible.

You’ll have all the support and encouragement you need. If you’d like to have a go - please get in touch.

Would you like to be baptised?

Sunday 3rd November is the Sunday for you.

We will be having a baptism service so if you’ve recently become a follower of Jesus or for whatever reason haven’t yet been baptised I’d love to hear from you.
